Traverse City Senior Pictures | Botanical Gardens + Riverside Session

MKenzie’s senior session in Traverse City was such a dream. She is one of the sweetest humans I have ever photographed, and we had so much fun exploring some of the most beautiful spots in Northern Michigan.

We started her session at the Traverse City Botanical Gardens, surrounded by tall greenery, natural textures and flowers that matched her style perfectly. The light was soft and glowy and she absolutely shined.

On the drive, I spotted a quiet little river and knew we had to stop there to finish off the session. That spontaneous decision gave us some of my favorite images from the whole day — soft, romantic outdoor senior pictures with the prettiest Northern Michigan backdrop.

One of the best parts of the day, MKenzie wore four different dresses from my client closet. I love giving seniors the option to try new styles that help them feel confident and express exactly who they are.
